The Space

Step into our glamorous six-bedroom, four-bathroom home in Wellington, FL, renowned for its equestrian appeal. This newly renovated two-story residence is nestled in a serene lakeside location, ideal for families and multi-generational gatherings seeking connection, fun, and indulgence.

As you enter, you’ll be greeted by gleaming tile floors leading to expansive living areas designed for relaxation and socializing. The gourmet kitchen, elegant dining room, and stylish living room are all at your disposal. We also cater to families with young children, offering a complimentary pack ‘n-play, kids’ books, and board games to keep them entertained.

Choose from six beautifully appointed guest bedrooms. The first-floor primary suite offers a luxurious king-size bed, a walk-in closet, and a dedicated workspace. Enjoy stunning lake views, relax on the loveseat, or unwind with a show on the smart TV. The designer ensuite bathroom features a double vanity, granite countertops, and a rain shower.

On the second floor, Primary Suite #2 boasts a king-size bed and a scenic balcony, ideal for relaxing with a book or enjoying the lake view. The elegant balcony is perfect for sunbathing or sipping a refreshing drink. This suite also includes a designer ensuite bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and a rain shower.

Additional guests can select from four charming bedrooms. The first-floor room has two full-size beds, a smart TV, ample storage, and access to a full hallway bath with a high-end jet shower.

The three second-floor bedrooms each offer unique features. Two rooms have queen-size beds, smart TVs, and balcony access with lovely views. The third room, ideal for children, has twin-over-twin bunk beds. All three share a full bathroom with a shower-tub combo and double vanity.

Whether hosting a large family BBQ or an intimate dinner, our sleek gourmet kitchen is equipped with state-of-the-art appliances and ample counter space. The grand dining area features a 16-person glass table and a marble accent wall with a wine display. Enjoy meals outdoors on the screened-in patio with a TV, a 14-person dining table, and a BBQ grill.

Swim in the heated pool, soak up the sun on the loungers, or explore the lake from the private dock with our paddle boat and kayaks.

Guest Access Access is provided via a keyless lock, with the code shared before check-in.

• Safety Measures: Smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguishers, and first aid kits are available.
• Pets: Pets are welcome—please inform us if you plan to bring your furry friend.
• Pool/Lake Safety: Ensure children are always supervised due to the pool and lake access.
• Use of Amenities: The use of amenities like the pool, spa, kayaks, and exercise equipment is at the guests’ own risk.
• Noise Levels: Please respect neighbors and maintain reasonable noise levels.
• Check-In/Check-Out: Adhere to designated times for cleaning preparations.
• Jacuzzi: The master room jacuzzi on the first floor is temporarily out of service; the jacuzzi in the second-floor master suite is operational.
• Fireplace: The fireplace is decorative only and should not be used.
